- Futurism – fulfilled in Israel, immediately preceding Christ’s return
- Preterism – fulfilled in AD 70 temple destruction
- Historicism – fulfilled in entirety of church age; “amillennial”
- Idealism/Spiritualism – gives general principles; not time-space
