1. Exodus 11-12 – Gospel = Passover: Covered in Lamb’s blood; saved from God’s wrath (see Rom. 3:21-26)
2. Exodus 12:4-11 – Christ Within = Lamb indwelt them; left Egypt
   • Eph. 1:13; John 3:3-8; Matt. 25:1-13; Gal. 5:13-26 – when we receive the gospel, Jesus (through the Holy Spirit) indwells us to live a godly life
3. Exodus 13:11-16 – Consecration = those spared from God’s wrath belong to Him (see Acts 20:28; Rom. 6:11-18)
   • Luke 17:7-10 (with Matt. 28:18-20; Mark 16:15):
     • satisfy God
     • evangelize (“sow seed”)
     • disciple / be discipled (“tend sheep”)
4. Exodus 14:19-22; 1 Cor. 10:1-2 – Baptisms 
   • Water baptism – Matt. 28:19; Acts 2:37-41; Heb. 6:2
     • Rom. 6:1-4; Col. 2:11-12; 1 Pet. 3:20-21 – water baptism = removal/burial of sinful flesh 
   • Holy Spirit baptism – Mark 16:17-20; Luke 24:49; Acts 19:1-7
     • Eph. 5:18 (cf. 1:13-14) – “be filled”
       • 1 Cor. 14:1 – desire
       • Matt. 7:11; Luke 11:13 – ask
       • 2 Tim. 1:6 – lay hands
     • 1 Cor. 12-14; 1 Thes. 1:5: gifts + fruit operate together
       • Gen. 7:11: picture of water filling the earth:
         1. indwelt earth
         2. came from above
