I was just reflecting on John 11:5-6, and thought it was worth others chewing on, too…
In this passage, we read that BECAUSE Jesus loved Martha, Mary, and Lazarus, He waited 2 more days before He went to heal Him. In other words, God’s love motivated Him to delay a healing.
And, to take it 1 step further…in the case of Lazarus, this love-motivated-delayed-healing happened after he died.
